The marvellous location for the price, really close to the various Matsumoto tourist attractions, other sightseeing areas, and the main train and bus station. For tea or coffee visit ajisai cafe nearby.

I chose Marunouchi Hotel because of its close proximity to Matsumoto Castle, a landmark I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wired and wireless Internet access provided by the hotel. The self parking and dry cleaning services were also convenient. What I especially liked was the restaurant, where I enjoyed a satisfying meal.

I had a fantastic two-day stay at Matsumoto Marunouchi Hotel. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the area, being within walking distance of Matsumoto Castle and the train station. There were also several cafes and restaurants nearby, and the breakfast provided was decent.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel! It had a wonderful blend of modern and traditional Japanese elements, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel, such as the corridors, were spacious and beautifully designed. As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel to be perfect. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate with my walker, and there were handrails in the appropriate places for added support. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

I wish the children working there could have been a bit more attentive. Although the staff were generally friendly, there were a few instances where they seemed a bit distracted or busy.

just had an amazing stay in matsumoto, and marunouchi hotel made it even better! the location was perfect for exploring the castle and finding good eats nearby. the rooms were comfy and the breakfast was impressive. such friendly and helpful staff too! highly recommend marunouchi.
